TradeBid Pro ("we", "our") collects business profile information, contact email, phone number, and trade categories when you register an account or link your Housecall Pro account.
When you connect Housecall Pro via OAuth 2.0, TradeBid Pro accesses your company profile strictly to authenticate your account and push commercial leads or draft estimates into your Job Inbox upon your explicit request. All authorization tokens are encrypted at rest using industry-standard AES-256 encryption. We never sell, rent, or monetize your company data, estimates, or customer contacts.
We enforce strict security controls including SSL/TLS in transit, automated rate limiting, and parameterized database access to prevent unauthorized access.
